High Volume Creative Production / Team & Workflow Leadership

Led and built a high-performing production team responsible for delivering all creative content for the M&S website, spanning Womenswear, Menswear, Lingerie, Sports, Beauty and Kidswear.

Managed an annual production schedule and budget for 900 model shoots, 400 still life shoots and 30 film shoots, overseeing the creation and delivery of 300,000 assets via a 12-24 hour workflow directly to M&S DAM.

Operated in a high volume, fast paced environment, successfully scaling the team during peak periods to meet demanding deadlines without compromising quality.

Online Relaunch / POS & In-Store Campaigns

Led end-to-end production and project management for F&F’s online clothing relaunch, managing 8,000+ SKUS annually.

Scaled the team from 8-30, defined workflows from the ground up and implemented A1 driven post-production to accelerate asset delivery.

Produced all POS and in-store shoots, overseeing casting, talent negotiation and on-set production to ensure assets were ready for both digital and physical retail channels.

Global campaigns - Operations & Project Management Leadership

Led operations and project management for 10 global skincare and beauty campaigns simultaneously. Each delivering 100-300 assets across stills and film.

Co-ordinated cross-functional teams including client stakeholders, creative team, strategy, account management, copy, production and post-production.

Oversaw delivery of assets - TVCs, hero films, CGI and social content - ensuring campaigns met creative standards and deadlines.

Streamlined workflows and resource planning to drive operational efficiency across multiples teams and locations worldwide, enabling seamless execution of high-volume, high stakes campaigns.

Estée Lauder TVC

For each Estée Lauder campaign we produced a TVC as the centrepiece of the creative content. These films included multiple versions - hero films, cutdowns, social edits, regional variations and CGI enhanced sequences to meet the needs of global campaigns.

I managing complex schedules, cross-functional teams and client approvals. My role ensured that every film, including CGI assets, met the highest creative standards, aligned with brand guidelines and were delivered on time across multiple campaigns and locations.

Global Campaigns / Operations & Project Management Leadership

Led operations and project management for global Rimmel campaigns including Wonder Bond, Lasting Finish, Thrill Seeker, Lash Loader and Lip Oil.

Oversaw workflows, schedules, budgets and multi-channel delivery, ensuring each campaign met creative objectives and deadlines.

Managed all creative resourcing and the end-to-end creative production of all assets including TVCs, hero films, stills, CGI and social content - from concept through post-production to final delivery.

For each Rimmel campaign we delivered a TVC, supported by hero films, cutdowns, social edits, regional versions and CGI enhanced sequences for global rollout. I managed the end-to-end creative production and delivery, overseeing schedules, teams and approvals to ensure all assets met brand standards and deadlines acorss multiple markets.
